Ninety days, one goal, four pillars to choose from: eat, sleep, move, or play.
You'll choose just one to start with, but they're all connected: move well and you sleep better; sleep well and you eat differently. Progress in one often shows up in all four.
This isn't a programme that simply hands you a plan and then leaves you to follow it alone; this is a community of women ready to connect over their health and wellbeing. You'll be part of a group that conducts energy, supports your effort, shares your highs and lows and reconnects you to the current that was there all along.
Choose to have either one or three individual coaching sessions during the 90 days:

How the #90daysDONE challenge works
...you'll choose one goal, based on one of the four healthspan pillars, below, and we'll figure out how to get you there.
Eat How you nourish yourself, day to day. Reconnect to the pleasure and the potential of good food.
Sleep Rest as a practice, not an afterthought. Your recovery is essential to your wellbeing and to your energy for life.
Move Remembering your body is capable of more than you've been asking of it. Starting small and knowing it's never too late.
Play Joy, creativity, connection and purpose - the things that restore you. The permission to want something just because you want it.
With a small group of women, you'll learn how to build a plan that actually sticks, and understand more about about why change is hard. We talk about whatever comes up and cover topics like habit formation, brain plasticity, the change curve, glucose and cortisol, process over outcome, the identity lag...
But far more than all of that, you'll grow alongside and with the support of the group.
"I thought this challenge was going to bring me physical changes, but it also brought me more mental changes, which is great."
"This group has allowed me to be vulnerable. It's given me support, and introduced me to other women who are happy to chat about their progress, or lack of it, openly."
"I've felt less isolated when going through tough times, especially when I've felt like I've been the only one going through them."
The coach's perspective
I'm not really a joiner. It turns out neither are they...
I've never really been one for groups. A reluctant book club member, because I do love books, an occasional committee member, because kids bring - ahem - some responsibilities, but women's circles? Nope. Not for me. I've usually found a polite reason to be somewhere else.
So, when I built #90DaysDone, I wasn't sure how the group part would work. I figured the accountability side would be important, but the connection bit felt like an optional extra.
I was wrong.
Most of Cohort 1 felt the same as me. They were capable, self-sufficient women who were more used to holding things together for other people than asking for support themselves. More than one told me, in week one, that groups weren't really their thing either. That they surprised themselves by jumping in.
By week four, that same group of women was checking in on each other unprompted. Celebrating a sleep win at 8 in the morning. Turning up for someone's bad week without being asked. It never felt performative, it just happened. Why? I think it's because their individual goals but shared struggles gave them a reason to be honest with each other, and their honesty did the rest.
I set my own healthspan goal inside #90daysDONE, but I hadn't expected to learn something about myself whilst running Cohort 1. Ninety days in, I'm less surprised the plan worked, and more surprised by how much the company mattered - how much the connection helped. It turns out I valued it as much as anyone.
I'm a healthspan coach
Healthspan isn't about living longer.
It's about living well for all the years you have, with energy, strength, clarity and independence.
I trained with the Mayo Clinic to do this properly, because I've been on the other side of "not properly." Breast cancer in my early fifties had a way of clarifying things. First, I got well and then I went back to my old career for a year. But I didn't want to spend the years I'd fought for doing something that wasn't...this.
So I left, retrained, and built this for capable women who take care of everyone and everything except their own future health.
Coaching is a conversation.
Typically my one-to-one sessions are forty-five minutes long, where we look at what's actually going on, not what you think you're supposed to say is going on. I'll ask questions you might not have asked yourself. I'll bring you the evidence and the research where it's useful, because you deserve to know the why, not just be handed a plan. After the session, there's WhatsApp support, so the thinking doesn't just stop when our call ends.
Who this is for
Women who are aware that they've been managing everyone else's future and neglecting their own. Women who want rigour, not fluff, who'd rather be told something useful than something comfortable. Women at a crossroads, perhaps, a now-or-never moment, whether that's due to midlife, a health scare, a career change, or just a sense that something needs to shift.
Who this probably isn't for
If you want a rigid meal plan and a points system, that's not what happens here. If you want someone to simply agree with you, that's not me either - you'll find me warm, but direct. I so want this to work for you!
