Monthly. Free. Online. No fluff.
The Copper-Bottomed* Briefings are topic-led sessions on the science of ageing well. Each one takes a single subject and goes deep: the evidence, what it means for you, and what you can actually do with it.
Sixteen places, max. Not recorded. Why? Because the conversation matters as much as the content.
Each session runs 7–8pm UK time via Zoom and follows the same format:
5 minutes to set the scene. 30 minutes of science-grounded input. The rest is yours: questions, pushback, conversation.
Afterwards, you'll receive a written summary of the session, with next steps and further reading.
Register for individual sessions using the links below:
30 August: Age & Stage II (50s and 60s)
27 September: Mindset
25 October: Sleep
*Copper-bottomed: safe, reliable, and trustworthy. C18th ships were copper-clad, making their wooden hulls more durable so the term evolved to describe anything guaranteed to be safe, reliable, and trustworthy.
I learned about healthspan the hard way
I've been through the fire. Burnout, loss, breast cancer. I know what it costs to lose your health, and I know what it takes to rebuild it.
We are taught almost nothing about the biology of ageing. Not how it works, not what we can change, not what we're leaving on the table by not knowing. That frustration is what drove me to retrain with the Mayo Clinic and what drives every Copper-Bottomed Briefing to be science-led and proven.
A FREE snapshot of where your healthspan stands right now and where to look first if you want to protect your future. Eight questions, four pillars, a few minutes.
