Work with me

Why work with me

I'm a healthspan coach

Healthspan isn't about living longer. It's about living well for all the years you have, with energy, strength, clarity and independence.

I trained with the Mayo Clinic to do this properly, because I've been on the other side of "not properly." Breast cancer in my early fifties had a way of clarifying things. First, I got well and then I went back to my old career for a year. But I didn't want to spend the years I'd fought for doing something that wasn't...this.

So I left, retrained, and built this for capable women who take care of everyone and everything except their own future health.

What working with me actually looks like

Coaching is a conversation.

Typically my one-to-one sessions are forty-five minutes long, where we look at what's actually going on, not what you think you're supposed to say is going on. I'll ask questions you might not have asked yourself. I'll bring you the evidence and the research where it's useful, because you deserve to know the why, not just be handed a plan. And I'll tell you the truth, kindly, even when it's not what you were expecting to hear.

Between sessions, there's WhatsApp support, so the thinking doesn't just stop when the call ends.

Who this is for

Women who are aware that they've been managing everyone else's future and neglecting their own. Women who want rigour, not fluff, who'd rather be told something useful than something comfortable. Women at a crossroads, perhaps, a now-or-never moment, whether that's due to midlife, a health scare, a career change, or just a sense that something needs to shift.
